AHK World Conference 2023
The AHK World Conference is the central event of the worldwide network of German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHKs). It will take place again in Berlin from 8 to 11 May 2023 after a 5-year break. Colleagues from 93 countries will come together at the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK) to foster and deepen the exchange views with each other as well as with their partners from German business, politics and academia.
A traditional highlight of the AHK World Conferences is the IHK German Schools Abroad Competition. At the eighth IHK competition under the motto "Pupils build bridges worldwide", projects from the worldwide network of German schools abroad will once again receive recognition on 9 May 2023. The award ceremony of the competition, which is endowed with a total of 120,000 euros by the IHK organization, will take place during the festive evening at the DIHK.
The following day, 10 May 2023, the centerpiece of every AHK World Conference will take place, the World Economy Day. The exchange of views with decision-makers from business, politics and academia will revolve around the question "Supply chains, sustainability, energy crisis: where does the german business model stand?".
You can follow the two major events of the AHK World Conference 2023 live here in German and English. Below you will find a detailed programme with topics and speakers.
We look forward to having you with us!
